All fully validated paid orders will be reviewed, packed and scheduled for outbound shipment within 2–3 business days. Weekends and national statutory holidays are excluded from processing timelines. Pre-order and personalized custom goods carry independent manufacturing and dispatch timelines shown on individual product pages.
Standard international shipping estimated transit periods counted from warehouse departure: Continental US 9–16 business days; UK, Canada, Australia 10–18 business days; EU member nations 12–22 business days. All delivery windows are reference estimates only. Delays arising from customs inspection backlogs, local courier capacity shortages or severe natural weather fall outside our operational control and do not constitute delivery breach.
Shipping fees generate automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensional measurements and receiving territory. Complimentary free shipping promotions only apply to orders meeting the explicit minimum spending threshold clearly advertised across site banners and product pages. No extra delivery charges will be billed once payment is finalized.
All import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees and destination-country sales taxes incurred upon parcel arrival are the exclusive financial responsibility of the buyer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category in strict compliance with international cross-border logistics standards and cannot absorb any customs-related expenses on behalf of customers.
Once goods leave our warehouse facility, a unique tracking ID and direct logistics lookup hyperlink will be delivered to your registered email inbox. If tracking records show zero movement updates for 9 consecutive days or longer, submit a service support ticket to launch a logistics trace investigation.
Parcels rerouted back to our warehouse due to recipient delivery refusal, expired local courier pickup windows or invalid shipping addresses will incur return freight charges fully payable by the buyer. Should you request secondary reshipment after package return, all new outbound delivery fees must be pre-paid in full. If you submit a full merchandise refund application after goods are returned to storage, the original delivery fees paid at checkout will not be reimbursed.
We do not offer delivery services to postal PO boxes, military restricted zones and internationally sanctioned territories. Licensed logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk flagged addresses, and we hold unilateral authority to cancel such pending shipments.
